Seth Berger, the co-founder and former CEO of AND1, a basketball apparel and footwear company, is married to Christelle Williams Berger, a former track and field star at the University of Pennsylvania. They tied the knot on September 15, 1996 and have three children together: T.J., Quin, and Zoe.
Christelle Williams Berger graduated from Penn’s Wharton School in 1989, the same year as her husband. She was a standout athlete in the women’s track and field team, earning All-Ivy honors in the 100-meter hurdles, the 400-meter hurdles, and the 4×400-meter relay. She also set school records in the 55-meter hurdles and the 60-meter hurdles. She was inducted into the Penn Athletics Hall of Fame in 2006.
Christelle Williams Berger is also a successful businesswoman, having worked as a vice president at Goldman Sachs and a managing director at Morgan Stanley. She is currently the founder and CEO of CMB Consulting, a firm that provides strategic advice and coaching to entrepreneurs and executives.
Christelle Williams Berger and her husband Seth Berger share a passion for basketball and education. They are both involved in coaching and mentoring young players at The Westtown School, a private boarding school in Pennsylvania, where Seth is the head boys basketball coach and Christelle is the assistant coach. Their sons T.J. and Quin have also played for their father’s team, while their daughter Zoe is a student at the school.
