Jeffrey Dubow was born on October 17, 1988, in Chatsworth, California. He moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington, where he received a BA in psychology. He started working at Hubbard Radio Seattle, the home of Brooke & Jeffrey, right after graduation. He previously served as an on-air personality and executive producer of the Marconi Award-winning program, Brooke & Jubal. In 2016, he won the Marconi Radio Award for Large Market Personality of the Year.
